"This is a beautiful property in the heart of San Diego. We stayed here and walked to a game at Petco Park (long walk). The service was spectacular, especially at check-in and in the bar area. Well-staffed. This historic building is amazing. "

"Our premium room was well maintained, clean, has the bay view. A little hard to turn on the water in the shower without getting splashed by cold water(sliding glass door). Valet parking fee was outrageous, almost 1/3 of your room cost. The timeshare people, yeah pretty aggressive in selling their products, i find it bugging. Upon check-in we weren’t offered the reusable water bottles by the front desk. Enjoyed the indoor pool. No hot tub, but i guess it’s okay. The complimentary drinks were...

"Location was close to several desirable food and entertainment venues. Location was secure and felt safe. Easy check in and out. "

"I like the fact that the hotel is close to harbor and so many activities!"

"The breakfast was not up to usual Hampton Inn standards - we had to microwave everything, from the oatmeal to the breakfast sandwiches. I usually choose Hampton Inn because of their breakfast, so this was a disappointment. Our room overlooked a construction site. Upside was that it was walking distance to Little Italy where we did enjoy some amazing food."
