"Loved the area and all it has to offer. Parking is a bit tricky with the daily Promenade street closures but the parking garage is easily accessible and it is a super nice perk that comes with the unit. This unit is in the middle of the Gaslamp and that brings with it a colorful and diverse crowd, including some folks that are un-housed - just be aware of that. Ben is an awesome host - very communicative and supportive. Hope to stay here again someday!"

"This location is great and the apartment is absolutely beautiful. The interior is spacious and full of light. The only "aw shucks" was the loud music from the club across the street, but if you can handle some ambient street noise, this place is perfect. It was just a few blocks to the marina, the convention center and the ballpark. We got to know the street car system and used that to get around. Be sure to eat at Tacos El Gordo for a great late night experience. Overall, we just loved this...

"We truly enjoyed our stay in this charming apartment in a historic building. The tall ceilings and architectural details added additional ambiance to this well appointed get-away apartment. We enjoyed the advantage of people watching during the evening with the view from the 4th floor. Close to many restaurants, bars and nightclubs and, literally, a stone's throw away from the most authentic tacos you'll find! The nightlife was busy below us but you'd never know it from our interior bedroom....

The apartment was convenient to many restaurants in the Gas Lamp Quarter and we were surprised that we did not hear much street noise. The building felt very secure, we were provided a key code to enter the front entrance, then a separate code to unlock our unit. The free parking with the unit was a big plus,...
