"The Hilton is close to everything in Playa del Carmen but they somehow keep the craziness and peddlers of 5th avenue away. The hotel itself is clean and luxurious. The staff is amazingly friendly and are quick to offer an ola and smile every time you see them. The beach is unfortunately eroding away and very rocky. Hilton is one of the few resorts to clean off the seaweed each day - so that was appreciated. The multiple restaurants on site offer a good mix of options and the buffets were always...

"Absolutely loved the property, location, breakfast buffet options, personalized check in, and VIP amenities. The entertainment throughout the day was wonderful. The butler staff (Alex and Eladio) was AMAZING and very attentive. The only mediocre part of the stay were the cocktails. The best option was the smokey margaritas prepared by Hector. Would definitely stay here again!"

"I really enjoyed my stay here. It was almost perfect apart from the AC being a bit too weak and the water quality and tempreture regulation not being great. But it really did not cause much of an issue. I was able to enjoy a quiet room that was very beautiful and clean. I am so happy with my choice"
