“The people that were staying there viewing time shares were very loud, obnoxious, and rude. They took over the pools and swim up bars. Very disruptive. They were staying free or at a reduced rate whereas people that paid to vacation there couldn't relax. The staff was amazing but I won't come back due all the people viewing time shares. ”

“The resort was beautiful, and the staff was very warm and welcoming!! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine smiles and conversation, which continued throughout our stay. Many remembered our names and would refer to us by name when we passed them on the grounds. Always asking how everything was going for us, and if there was anything they could do to make our stay more enjoyable. This personal touch really made us feel well cared for and not just another couple on the resort.……

“The service at the hotel is amazing! This was our 4th stay and the staff greeted us by name. Our favorite staff members are Yuki, Enrique and Carmen on the entertainment crew and Jorge, a server at the Don Diego restaurant! The breakfast buffet has everything you could ask for!”

“Restaurants were great…Must make a reservation in advance, however the buffet was excellent as well. Magic show was fun. Pool was amazing and huge. Water was warm and very close to the beach. Swam in the ocean with sea turtles every morning. Only down side was that checking in was painfully SLOW.”

“We had a really good time. We liked that it was quiet but wish there was a few more shows and things to do before turning in for the night. They do have a couple 24 hour bars. The butlers were absolutely amazing but we had to wait quite a while at several restaurants for servers to come over to greet us and give us some water. They did try to “upgrade” our room to a bungalow and did not tell us. We had booked a private pool room and that is the room we wanted to stay in. They did fix the error.……
