The butler staff (Alex and Eladio) was AMAZING and very attentive. The only mediocre part of the stay were the cocktails. The best option was the smokey margaritas prepared by Hector. "The Hilton is close to everything in Playa del Carmen but they somehow keep the craziness and peddlers of 5th avenue away. The hotel itself is clean and luxurious. The staff is amazingly friendly and are quick to offer an ola and smile every time you see them. The beach is unfortunately eroding away and very rocky. I requested to have mango from room service and it was delivered and the same evening chef from room service another plate of cut mango since i liked mangoes!! Loved the gesture. "Beautiful resort, still looks very new. Good choices of restaurants for an all-inclusive. They do charge separate for some meals and you have to upgrade to be able to go to some restaurants across the 7 resorts they own. Overall, great service. We had no issues. Staff was friendly and helpful. "
