"Das Zimmer war wirklich schmutzig. Es hatte kaum Möbel im Apartment. Diese sind von schlechter Qualität. Der WC Besen war Braun. Die Küche war überhaupt nicht gereinigt. Pro Aufenthalt eine Reinigung wird versprochen. Unser Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt....."

"This is a reasonably nice place and when we first arrived we were quite impressed with the appearance and the location high up on the hill above the town but when we headed to the reception area we were greeted by the most unfriendly woman. A woman in her mid 40s (Frau Svetluse) spoke to me in German and told us we were much too early to check in and had to return at 2 pm. She also assured me we had a room that would work with my disability (I walk with crutches). She basically chased us...

"We had a bad experience checking in. One day prior to arrival I noticed that the booking was for one rather than two people. This was for a four (4) night stay, not just overnight. On arrival, were were told we needed to pay an additional 300 euro, almost the same amount as the entire stay of 4 nights. The clerk then contacted the supervisor. The amount was changed to an additional 208 euro. Our travel mood was spoiled, we felt we were being overcharged."

"Positiv: Sehr sauber, freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück, Büfett am Abend okay. Städtchen ist fantastisch (Weltkulturerbe) Nicht Positiv: extrem lange Wege zu den Zimmern, wenn gebucht zu den Anwendungen, zum Speisesaal, dem Römerbad etc. In den unterirdischen Katakomben verlaufen sich viele Gäste."
