“Overall it was a pleasant stay! Great location, spacious room and posh lobby and restaurants. However, we had a higher expectation since it’s “Grand hotel” we are taking about. I think the quality of breakfast could be improved. It’s quite “average” or even basic for me. On our second day of stay there was a power outage….😅”

“Hotel is clean, in good location, on bus routes and walking distance to old town , beautiful surroundings, quiet area. It is very convenient to have a pool with thermal water, hot tub and sauna in hotel. Food is delicious, great variety and different from day to day.”

“Luxury Spa Hotel Olympic Palace is a one-year-old 5 stars luxury hotel in Karlovy Vary. As it's in Karlovy Vary, the spa is the highlight of the hotel. They provide many different types of spa treatment. All hotel guests can use the Apollo Wellness Centre during their stay. It includes the hydro jet pool and 3 different kinds of sauna rooms. It located in a bit up on the hill with quiet environment but still very close to the tourist sites. They provide very friendly service and good……

“Wir haben 6 Tage im Rathaushotel verbracht und die Zeit sehr genossen. Frühstücksbuffet könnte abwechslungsreicher sein (Auswahl), da jeden Tag gleich. Abendessen nur bis 20 Uhr - wäre schön, wenn es bis 21 Uhr verlängert werden würde, damit man abends nicht unter Zeitdruck steht. Tolle Bar mit verschiedenen Drinks, Spiele werden zur Verfügung gestellt, ab und zu auch DJ mit guter Musik. Personal an der Rezeption mehr schulen - konnten ab und zu auf Fragen zu lokalen Gegebenheiten nicht……

“Ein wirklich sehr schönes Hotel. Ruhige Lage, frisch renoviert! Super nettes Personal, beste Familienatmosphäre. Zwar kein Handynetz im Umkreis, dafür äußerst stabiles WLAN Netz, mehr als ausreichend auch zum telefonieren. Vielen Dank. Ich komme definitiv wieder!”

“沒有想像中的那麼好, 酒店很老很舊,昏暗的燈光,舊舊的地毯, 附近到哪都需要有車才方便. 以價格和品質來講偏高了. 如果能提供更多額外的服務或設施會比較好. 相比住在市區民宿會比較划算.”

“Einfaches, aber sauberes Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Anbindung per Bus nach Karlsbad gegeben. Großer Luxus ist nicht zu erwarten, aber Mobilat ist sauber und nutzbar. Daher gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. ”

“非面對主要街道的飯店，是在主要接到後面一條巷子內的飯店，但是離主要街道很近，房價就比主要街道上的飯店便宜很多，早餐很豐盛。”
