“Luxury Spa Hotel Olympic Palace is a one-year-old 5 stars luxury hotel in Karlovy Vary. As it's in Karlovy Vary, the spa is the highlight of the hotel. They provide many different types of spa treatment. All hotel guests can use the Apollo Wellness Centre during their stay. It includes the hydro jet pool and 3 different kinds of sauna rooms. It located in a bit up on the hill with quiet environment but still very close to the tourist sites. They provide very friendly service and good……

“Overall it was a pleasant stay! Great location, spacious room and posh lobby and restaurants. However, we had a higher expectation since it’s “Grand hotel” we are taking about. I think the quality of breakfast could be improved. It’s quite “average” or even basic for me. On our second day of stay there was a power outage….😅”

“Sehr freundliches Personal und schönes altehrwürdiges Hotel, vielleicht ein wenig abgewohnt. Gratis-Parkplatz vor dem Eingang, recht leicht zu erreichen. Das Abendessen im Restaurant war spitzenmäßig. Günstige Minibar. Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Das Frühstück-Buffet hatte Schwächen, da einiges aus war und nur schleppend nachgefüllt wurde. Wir buchten eine Suite mit Doppelbett (war auch so in der Beschreibung), bekommen haben wir zwei zusammengeschobene Einzelbetten, welche ständig……

“Das Zimmer war wirklich schmutzig. Es hatte kaum Möbel im Apartment. Diese sind von schlechter Qualität. Der WC Besen war Braun. Die Küche war überhaupt nicht gereinigt. Pro Aufenthalt eine Reinigung wird versprochen. Unser Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt.....”
