"This house is close to my son and his family‘s house, so it’s a perfect location for my husband and I to stay and visit family. It is safe for my morning walks, with grocery shopping close by. This was not our first stay, and we will stay again. The house is comfortable and clean."

"We were in Chico to pack up my daughter and loved how close the house is to the CSUChico. Very spacious with an outdoor seating area in the back. Annie was there cleaning leaves that had fallen to make sure we could enjoy the back yard which we did with a glass of wine. Very responsive to a few questions we had. Loved the little extras like the snacks and the ice cream coupons. We have three years left to visit the area and will definately stay again."

"Loved this cute bungalow home. Thought it would be noisy as it is on a little bit busy street but it was quiet and cozy inside. We walked to town for great food and drinks- host left great neighborhood details and recommendations. Close also to great bike trails and the college. Super clean and well appointed.
