“This house is close to my son and his family‘s house, so it’s a perfect location for my husband and I to stay and visit family. It is safe for my morning walks, with grocery shopping close by. This was not our first stay, and we will stay again. The house is comfortable and clean.”

“The room was comfortable. I didn't notice on the property listing that a TV was not one of the amenities listed. I was there for a week for work and was not looking forward to being without a TV in the evenings. All it took was a text to the owner and a TV was delivered and set up in my room. I was very appreciative! So just be aware there is normally no TV. There were a couple of other issues - no iron in my room and I didn't have any way to adjust the cooling system. Neither of these things……

“We were in Chico for a wedding and were lucky to find this gem. Darling house walkable to downtown - interior was well appointed, beds comfy and nice big kitchen. Was a much better alternative than a hotel as we had space to hang out, highly recommend!”

“I was in the Chico/Paradise area on business, and this location was perfect, for it was not right in the heart of Chico, and yet very easy access to Paradise. The property is in a very quiet, safe area. Bed was very comfortable, shower was very nice and hot. The property manager was very excellent at communicating, and making sure I had everything I needed. I spoke with her regarding the Keurig coffee maker because I did have trouble making coffee. “Loved this cute bungalow home. Thought it would be noisy as it is on a little bit busy street but it was quiet and cozy inside. We walked to town for great food and drinks- host left great neighborhood details and recommendations. Close also to great bike trails and the college. Super clean and well appointed. Only two small things-couch is not comfy and the house is slanty. Kind of adds to the charm but is a little disorienting. Host was supper accommodating. Great stay overall.”

“We had a very lovely two-day stay at Ashley's little bungalow - we would stay there again! We loved the colorful and unique decor and the proximity to downtown. Ashley was very easy to deal with and quick to respond to the few questions we had leading up to and after arrival. We read one review that said that the house took a while to warm up, so we asked Ashley to turn the heather on before our arrival, and the house was nice and toasty when we got there. “This is a great house with a wonderful pool. It isn't heated so keep that in mind if you travel in cooler months. The house had everything we needed. The wifi worked great, I needed good internet for work and school. There was plenty of room for our large group.”

“The house was spacious and has plenty of bedrooms to accommodate a large group. With several sitting areas it was nice to be able to spread out and have private conversations. The backyard patio was beautiful, a nice location to have breakfast every morning. All in all, a great neighborhood and lovely home to stay in.”

“Such a beautiful location. It’s at the end of the street, up against the mountains. The fog coming off the mountains in the morning was beautiful. This is a large property with lots of other units but the space was private, parking was easy and lots of access to amenities. Loved our stay!”
