"The staff are all very friendly and helpful! The rooms are clean, and they provide free water bottles and other amenities at the front, to take when you need. The area is amazing too, if you don't want to stay around busy streets with lots of traffic. Quiet area, but it is very walkable to Rappongi or Akasaka areas for restaurants and nightlife."

"I stayed 12 nights at Shiba Park Hotel. If there had been something wrong with the hotel, I would have been eager to leave. However that was not the case as I loved my stay and was very comfortable there! The room was very nice and comfortable as was the whole hotel. I enjoyed the dining room for breakfast and some dinners too. People who work in the hotel are so nice! Very nice neighborhood and so convenient to the Diamon subway station. I highly recommend this hotel."

"This was a very nice hotel. The staff were amazing. Very friendly, very polite. I would rate this hotel a 10 on almost everything except I found that the rooms could be cleaned a bit better. The walls and ceiling were dirty the doors were dirty...needs to be wiped down properly especially since this is such a high-end hotel, and the vents and fans are full of dust like they haven't been cleaned for years.
