"This property was excellent for the requirements of our family and our trip. We wanted to stay close to Ueno train station, so this property was only a short flat walk which made it access with suitcases. The room was amazing, very spacious and clean, just immaculate. We chose the ciry view family room, and although the view wasnt anything spectacular (our room overlooked a strip club) it was relatively quiet. "Property was close and walkable to Ueno Train station, which the Skyliner Express Train from/to Narita Airport travels to. Makes it very convenient to start your trip in Japan. Also the subway lines are very close too. As a solo traveler, the room was adequate in size and has room for your luggage or backpack, nice bathroom, fridge, kettle, tv and desk. There's a eating area with microwave on second floor. Would book here again, which I did on this trip."

"The property is a bit old, but the staff is personable, and the amenity is great. It is conveniently located by Shinjuku Sanchome station and many shops and restaurants. I was out all day so needed a place to sleep and shower. The only unfortunate thing was that I could hear people laughing or running, I believe, in the next building. Fortunately, it wasn't all the time and didn't go on late into the night. (I was on the 9th floor. )"

"A great stay, I slept very well during my stay. I didn’t go for the sleep report, I heard people complain that there was beeping going off in their pods, I think this was for the sleep report, glad I didn’t chose it! The lockers are quite narrow so if you’re bringing a large suitcase, be sure to have a smaller bag to store clothing and everything you need for your stay.
