"Customers service exceptional, the rooms specifically the bathroom needs upgrading, no extractor fan, the toilette was not screwed properly to the floor.... health and safety issue. The windows needs major cleaning. Having said that the staff and the building are fantastic!!!"

"Really warm welcome, which got things off to a good start. The room was large and comfortable. The bed was very good and lots of pillows which I like! Some of the furnishings seemed a bit mix and match which was a pity and I think there was a drawer missing from the desk. But overall very comfortable and worth mentioning a superb breakfast, freshly cooked to order. "

"Great location right on the sea front and walking distance to the pier and the very centre of Brighton. Plenty of cafe's, restaurants, supermarkets and bars within 10 minutes. We are a family of 4 with 2 teenager daughters and would stay here again."

"My only comment would be the parking, i just wish there was cheaper parking around the Hotel. I just had to pay nearly £40 for day & a half at the carpark right opposite the Hotel."
