“Property was very well kept, nice and clean, well stocked kitchen. We were a Family of 4 adults and 2 children, and there was ample space for us not to be on top of each other. Nice large lounge, and a large kitchen. Bedrooms were all double sized. There was a gate that could be closed across the drive to make the back garden secure for kids and dogs. “We enjoyed our stay at Grand Hotel Brighton. The service was impeccable. It elevated the whole experience at the hotel despite some hits and misses. Every staff was professional and friendly (even their uniform was tastefully designed). The lobby and lounge were beautiful, giving us a really good impression of the hotel. However, while we were aware of the history of the hotel, the bathroom was a bit tricky to use. It was obviously dated and needed some refurbishment work. The water pressure……

“We put all our towel in bath tub & supposed to have new towels on second day. But the housekeeper just put back all our used towels(mixed up our towels) in position. We then asked the reception for change of new towels but then the housekeeper didn’t change them, just tidy them again. However we recognised that they were our used towels again. Besides, all the facilities in bath rooms are outdated, really needed renovation! Really disappointed as they are not budged hotel & the rooms……

"We enjoyed our stay at Grand Hotel Brighton. The service was impeccable. It elevated the whole experience at the hotel despite some hits and misses. Every staff was professional and friendly (even their uniform was tastefully designed). The lobby and lounge were beautiful, giving us a really good impression of the hotel. However, while we were aware of the history of the hotel, the bathroom was a bit tricky to use. It was obviously dated and needed some refurbishment work. The water pressure was very strong, but the leaking was inevitable too. This resulted in a very humid room with weak ventilation. And the toilet was kind of hard to flush. The room itself was reasonable. It was definitely comfortable. We were also surprised by the movie entertainment offered. Breakfast was very nice too. We often got a window table with a sea view. "
