“Fabulous staff and lovely spa / pool with designated swimming times for children. On arrival you’d be forgiven for thinking the hotel looked a bit past its best from the outside and some communal areas are tired, but the reception / bar and restaurant are lovely, and we had a superior room above the spa which is clearly the more recent and refurbished section. Minor issue with smell in room 243 but flushing the shower through and opening the windows helped and it wasn’t enough to affect our……

“Great hotel very comfortable bed. All seems new and clean. Just 2 little things, the bathroom floor creaked so felt bad for my neighbors in the night and couldn't seem to turn the heating down in the bathroom, so it was very hot.”

“ウインダミア湖の夕日が見れたし、何より早朝のお庭にシカやリス・ウサギたちが来てくれて、とっても静かなイギリスの自然を満喫しました。午前中にスーツケースを預かってくださいましたし、とても親切でした。惜しむらくは国鉄のストに会い翌日の出立が早く朝食を食べれなかったことです。さぞかし、美味しいパンやヨーグルトがいただけたと残念でなりません。もう一度行ってみたい場所です。”

“Had a very enjoyable stay, the room was fantastic we had a suite with a huge bath tub, I am 6’ 3 so struggle to fit most tubs but this one had plenty of room for two! The trip was made even better by the lovely weather so we got full use of the hotel’s fabulous outdoor pool which was lovely so clean and warm too. All in all we had a great stay ”
