“員工十分的親切還有熱情，雖然電梯壞了所以得自己扛很重的行李，但他們有幫忙搬~我住的是六人房，房間比想像的大很多，行李很夠放，但是床沒有窗簾是小缺點。浴室是一間房間一個，很乾淨而且若是忘了帶洗髮乳沐浴乳可以去跟櫃台拿~ 一樓還有自助的廚房，如果想要喝熱水可以自己去燒，很推薦可以去哦!”

“The location of hotel is good and you can find various shops, supermarket, restaurants and bars just around. The view outside is nice as you can see the sea at a walkable distance. You can also enjoy a coffee and breakfast at the cafe at beach. The indoor design is warm. However the heater did not provide enough heat and the hot water supply at bathroom is not stable. "We enjoyed our stay at Grand Hotel Brighton. The service was impeccable. It elevated the whole experience at the hotel despite some hits and misses. Every staff was professional and friendly (even their uniform was tastefully designed). The lobby and lounge were beautiful, giving us a really good impression of the hotel. However, while we were aware of the history of the hotel, the bathroom was a bit tricky to use. It was obviously dated and needed some refurbishment work. The water pressure was very strong, but the leaking was inevitable too. This resulted in a very humid room with weak ventilation. And the toilet was kind of hard to flush. The room itself was reasonable. It was definitely comfortable. We were also surprised by the movie entertainment offered. Breakfast was very nice too. We often got a window table with a sea view. "
