"It was our second time staying here, because it's location is very good if you're attending an event at the resorts world arena or using the train to go into Birmingham, both a short walk. We like having free use of the leisure facilities during our stay, pool, gym sauna steam room and jacuzzi. "The property is centrally located and likewise 5 minutes walk from the utilities arena (for gigs). The property is clean and tidy. Bedrooms have irons, ironing board, fridge facilities. Likewise the reception has a bar and breakfast facilities in the morning (with a variety of ingredients to chose from). "
