"Beautiful and spacious hotel room in the heart of downtown. Nice bathroom, with a well maintained shower. Plenty of hot water. Fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stove on site for your convenience. The hotel is right in the heart of downtown Birmingham, and the whole downtown is walkable from the hotel. 5 stars!!"
"Parking area needs ti be improved. No parking what so ever and when it is available you pay at the hotel although you paid for the room and should be included "
"Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
The room was very comfortable, perfectly clean, bathroom was large and well appointed.
Air con was quiet and worked very well.
Bar staff were fast and made a great cocktail."
"A very comfortable hotel, high standard everywhere, feels very luxurious to stay at. Only I find it annoying to be charged £50 upon check in because I booked through hotels.com as a charge in case of any spend on the room. Other hotels take your card details but do not take the money from your account. Also the AC did not work properly in my room."

"Absolutely fantastic stay from start to finish. Gabriela on reception made our trip super special in her attitude towards us. Friendly, professional and extremely welcoming. She is a total gem, Hyatt hotels, hold on to her! Solely based on our interactions with her I have recommended your hotel to many of my friends and family, several are planning to visit Birmingham and stay with yourselves. Thank you Gabriela!!!! I was travelling with my 12 year old daughter for our first special night away (3 older brothers were left at home) and she didn't want to leave the hotel and has already made me promise to bring her back. Our room was amazing, plenty of space, and spotlessly clean! We paid extra to have access to the club room and it was well worth it. The atmosphere in the hotel was so relaxing and inviting. Breakfast was fresh and gorgeous. The doorman (unfortunately I didn't get his name but know he has been there well over 12 years) was so friendly. The girl (again didn't get her name) in the spa was lovely. Thank you to all, we will definitely be back sooner rather than later. Would and have highly recommended your hotel to everyone!"

"Only one person behind the bar after returning from a concert it was quite busy I probably waited about 15 minutes to get served
Maybe look at having extra colleagues when concerts are on or multi tasking so someone who can drop in and assist as necessary "
