"This is the fifth time that my family and I go and we always leave satisfied, without a doubt the customer service and the service make the difference, this time we stayed in a swimout room and the experience was very fun, highlighting Maria's service in the bar in front of the water park and Jocefina in the main buffet two jewels of the princess!"

"Only issues I found were I needed to ask for another towel for 2nd guest and more toilet paper. They didn't really have someone come to clean or change sheets/trash over 4 nights. Had to ask for more toilet paper. The water flow sometimes was choppy like alternating between strong and weak flow. However it was very clean. The only thing missing from room is a nice big mirror and the room is a bit small in terms of space. Overall nice place to stay for the price. I would return. Just be prepared...
