"This property is badly in need of an update. Patio doors have no seals causing noise and rain to come through. Kitchen was poorly stocked with glassware, dishes and cooking pans, toaster had a dangerous electrical shortage, there was no dining table, and water pressure and temperature from the showers was very poor. "Everything was beautiful except some of the staffs would give you attitude if you ask a question like if they were annoyed. I stood at the hard rock in Punta Cana 6 months ago and the workers there are super super friendly. But this place ahhh I wouldn’t say all the staffs are friendly. But we kept it moving it was a beautiful place I had a good time that’s all that matters. "

"I took a trip for my kid’s birthday and stayed at Majestic Elegance. Its all inclusive which is a must. They have a variety of restaurants but Japanese was my favorite. The room view on the 1st level is gorgeous; you overlook the beautiful pools and palm trees. At night the blue lights inside of the pools gives it a sexy vibe. The beach is absolutely fabulous! White sand and blue water. The buffet has outdoor seating with a beach view. Room service is inclusive between certain times. My only complaint at first was being that the resort is so huge you get lost! So I advise to take pictures of the statues located closest to the elevator/staircase leading to your room/restaurants/bars. I would definitely stay again. "
