"Generally clean, small condo conveniently located between downtown Ogunquit and Footbridge beach and Wells town line. Quick car rides to these locations. As all rentals have, there are quirks about this condo, however host was very quick to respond to questions. Both beds comfortable. FYI to taller guests: slopped & low ceilings on 2nd floor."

"The property was updated and very clean. The pillows were not very good, but the bed was great! The location was not where we anticipated. It was very easy checking in and out."

"We stayed at Emily’s place for a weekend and everything was perfect! The cleanliness was impeccable and the condo was well equiped. THE PILLOWS!! They were more comfortable than mine. It’s close to everything and there is a convenience store next to the condo. Our hosts were available at anytime, even though we didn’t need help because everything was well explained. They made us feel welcomed and we would definitely come back. Thank you again for your hospitality !"

"I rated this property a 4 and not lower because of its location. It is front-facing to the ocean, and that is always a gem in my book. Sleeping to the sound of the waves is amazing. The property management (Vacasa) was flawless in their communication and the housekeeping staff did a great job cleaning what they were responsible for cleaning. BUT....... this unit is in dire need of some deep cleaning and at a minimum some TLC in painting and in fixing what doesn't work (i.e., windows, toilet...

"This is our second visit to one of my favorite places! It is a comfortable place to stay for 2 people and has beautiful views of the river tides and ocean. We enjoyed watching the tides change from the deck. The beach,restaurants and marginal way are all in walking distance. We hope to be back next year!"

"This is a small place but OK for a couple. Bathroom was tight but adequate. Be aware that the kitchenette is quite small with no cooktop or oven, although the fridge is pretty large. Only slight hiccup was at checking in where we followed the instructions to get the key under the mat--but there was no key. We then spent 5 minutes trying to find the key, as well as trying to locate a way to call the host--before randomly trying the door and it was already unlocked. Otherwise everything was as...

"Our unit was a 2 Queen bed Townhouse room. We couldn't believe it, we loved it!! Everything was brand new. The staff was very helpful and kind to guiding us where to eat and of course how to get to "Marginal Way". The grounds were well kept and the gas grills spotless. Wish we could have stayed longer."

"This property was perfect for a getaway with 3 adults. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the bathrooms are renovated. The balconies, the patio on the beach are perfect and the view and location could not be better. Could be tight for 6 people but depends on people’s needs."
