“The property was updated and very clean. The pillows were not very good, but the bed was great! The location was not where we anticipated. It was very easy checking in and out.”

The beach is literally across the street and it’s only a short walk to the pier and all the shops, rides and restaurants. The owner Emily is incredibly nice and helpful to work with. “I rated this property a 4 and not lower because of its location. It is front-facing to the ocean, and that is always a gem in my book. Sleeping to the sound of the waves is amazing. The property management (Vacasa) was flawless in their communication and the housekeeping staff did a great job cleaning what they were responsible for cleaning. BUT....... this unit is in dire need of some deep cleaning and at a minimum some TLC in painting and in fixing what doesn't work (i.e., windows, toilet……

L'accès à une épicerie était plus difficile, il est préférable de faire les courses avant d'arriver. Nous n'avons pas réussi à entrer en contact avec l'hôte via VRBO, donc pas d'internet :-(. Une chance que nous avions la télé avec des canaux pour enfants. Cela nous a aidé. ”

“As advertised - very clean - well stocked kitchen, drip coffee maker and a Keurig, lots of linens that were not skimpy. Steep stairs up and no table for playing cards - there was a nice counter with chairs and a low coffee table, which were the only negatives. Not a buzzing neighborhood, but a few nice spots for ramen, groceries, wine, etc. But very close to all the cool downtown activities and the Art Museum.”

“We have stayed at the Grand Victorian for summer vacation the last 12 or more years. The unit was clean and as advertised. 2nd floor on quieter side allows easy access to car/beach. Only small critique would be sparse linens and could not operate 1 TV in master room. Thank you!”

“The unit appears to be a freshly flipped property. The great thing about that is that it was immaculately clean with brand new appliances and lovely decor. Even the bedding appeared brand new. A cute addition were the little toiletry gift boxes in the each bathroom. Also, the management team were super friendly and helpful. It was obvious that they really cared about providing us with a comfortable stay. We encountered just a few minor blips. The key code wasn't working to the outer door upon……

“We love this location, set back from the street and a short walk to the beach. Easy parking on-site. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, super clean, and there was a great private backyard, including a grill. New fridge, and bathroom were great, only, If all of the appliances worked our stay would have been better, but the toaster oven was not a good replacement for a regular toaster, the removable basket for the coffee maker was missing, had to improvise, and the stove was due for an……

“Had a great time! The listing needs to be updated with the correct access instructions and wifi info but otherwise smooth check in process. Steps away from the beach and easy parking. Good ample space for just the two of us , but there was sleeping spots for 6 but it would be a squeeze but could be okay if you’re planning on being out and about for most the day. Would definitely come back maybe when the amusement park is open, we didn’t realize it closed after Labor Day for the rest of summer……
