"Large spacious rooms "

"Generally clean, small condo conveniently located between downtown Ogunquit and Footbridge beach and Wells town line. Quick car rides to these locations. As all rentals have, there are quirks about this condo, however host was very quick to respond to questions. Both beds comfortable. FYI to taller guests: slopped & low ceilings on 2nd floor."

"This was our first time in Portland, and the location was perfectly suited for us to see everything! We were able to walk to restaurants and a little market around the corner. The home was easy to access and we were always able to find a parking spot. The unit itself was really nice, although the living room did not have enough seating for our travel party (four adults; there was a couch that technically could fit three people but not comfortably). "We were here visiting family and the spot was perfect. It was easily accessible for a family member on a walker and was a great location downtown. The only thing it could have used was a couple more bed pillows, other than that it was perfect!"

"This location is actually a great spot. You can walk everywhere in town. Two floors give guests lots of space, along with the private balcony. Easy walks to coffee shops and restaurants. Lots of retail shops too. The host was helpful and provided fast responses when needed. If you're ok with stairs then this is the place for you."

"The unit appears to be a freshly flipped property. The great thing about that is that it was immaculately clean with brand new appliances and lovely decor. Even the bedding appeared brand new. A cute addition were the little toiletry gift boxes in the each bathroom. Also, the management team were super friendly and helpful. "Easy access to Wells, Ogunquit and all places along the coast. Plenty of dining opportunities. Two big bedrooms, comfy beds, good kitchen and comfy place to sit in the evenings. Loved it. Would stay again!"
