"Location was excellent and Concierge staff were beyond excellent. Could not have planned a better stay. We were 4 couples in from Canada to attend Chelsea Flower Show, theatre production and the Abba concert. Hotel Cafe Royal was superb central location for all of us. The breakfast was delicious."
"We fell in love with London - but it might have been 45 Park Lane that is what we truly fell in love with, and London was just a bonus.
We cannot wait to return as soon as we can to this amazing hotel. "
"Beautiful, comfortable and classic furnishings Great service. Very welcoming. Great central location to everything in London. We stayed at several comparable high end places on our trip and all had coffee machines in the room. The Ritz does not. A small but Important omission I believe. "

"We enjoyed our stay at this property. We loved the Junior sweet, which is dressed like a true London style with tall ceilings, thick drapes, and a four poster bed. The hotel lobby and public areas are very clean. Front desk workers are extremely nice and accommodating. They allowed us to leave our luggage at the desk during the whole first day until we could check in, and again on the last day after we checked out so we could sightsee without our bags. Breakfast is not free (about 16pounds pp), but a very nice buffet. Only a couple minutes onto the tube, and a Starbucks right nearby. We loved it! "

"This was our second time in this hotel. Really is a lovely hotel. The service in the hotel restaurant “Vicinity” could be better as we waited a little over 20 minutes to be seated even with a booking but we are looking at our next trip to london & this hotel "
