"Rooms are huge & comfortable with a fantastic view. The location is great for nearby bars and restaurants but the hotel is at the top of an extremely steep hill. Communal areas are a bit disappointing. You can get a drink and they serve breakfast but it’s like sitting in reception really than a proper bar or restaurant. Not a big issue though given other options close by. "

"Louis appartement is well located in the nice area of Galata right by the tower. It’s nice and clean, the whole hotel and the rooms are very enjoyable and the lobby / reception very welcoming. I would give 6 stars to the staff if I could. We were welcomed on our first night with traditional tea and coffee and a lot of tips to visit. They organized several private cars for us, provided great guidance on where to go, and were always ensuring that we were well taken care of. Their rooftop restaurant was gorgeous. The views were stunning and the food was delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel. "
