"I had a delightful large Bosphorus sea view corner room. It was well designed, historic, and had a view of the Mosque next door and the men who come pole fishing each data at 6 am for sprats!! Very charming. The staff are lovely (and could improve their English to make their jobs easier). All in all my 3 nights were wonderful. Yusuf makes a great cosmopolitan cocktail!! "

"Summary: Upon checking into my room I discovered the bathroom sink leaked, air con didn't work, room phone was unplugged and the bath initially wouldn't drain. In addition, room service doesn't take card payment only cash and the option to have food charged to my room got lost in translation. Needless to say, I'm unimpressed. In regards to my leaking sink, I ventured down to reception to complain and was informed someone would be along to fix it. Having waited more than hour, I went again to...

"First of all its a very old and traditional mansion but we had very bad and disgusting service. 1. Its says on site self parking but there is no parking spaces , you have to park on the side road by yourself, unsecure park also we had scratch on the car. 2. We get premium room with garden sight and kind bed but they merge 2 single bed and they dont even know why 2 single bed in room. We try to explain them its not normal . When I ask the cancel room shift manager said lets clean my room...
