The location is very convenient and quiet. However, the hotel, situated in an old building, was advertised as a place for 4 with 2 bathrooms. We were surprised to discover only one tiny bathroom, and both rooms were not very comfortable.and beds were not comfortable

Perfect for large family
The hotel fit 5 of us very comfortably. It was quaint and comfortable. It was however far from the airport (about 20 minutes drive). Many shopping and Dinning options right outside the hotel. Helpful staff. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect location for touristic sides of Istanbul. Friendly and helpful staff. The area is absolutely beautiful and very tourist friendly. Local bakery is just in the corner. Prices are very reasonable. Will love to visit again.

I loved my personal balcony and the kitchenette! This place is in easy walking distance to the trolley that takes you to the old city, and walking distance to the shopping and crowds in Taksim -- but in a nice quiet neighborhood with great coffee shops, bookstores, and access to the "hipster" streets of Karakoy. The staff was super!

Great hotel. Not good airport shuttle-service.
Great location, and excellent service at the front desk. Nice rooms. Very good value for the money. Terrible experience with the airport-shuttle service. The hotel contracts out the service. There was confusion during both pick-up and drop-off. It didn't help that the drivers spoke almost no English. We almost missed our flight.

Cons: bathroom good for a Hobbit it's so small. Toilet seat does not remain up and will lay on your back all the time. Kitchen light so dim that you can't see anything. All led lights are cool white which is awful, most lights in bedroom don't work except for one, some table light shades are crooked, the A/C fan speed stuck on high and air pressure forces you to really push on bedroom door to open it. Air hit me in the face all night causing throat pain. Queen size bed takes up most of the room leaving barely any space behind it to pass. We were 4 guests and they gave us 3 towels. They wanted to charge us for 2 extra guests when we had booked the suite and not per person, so we had to argue with with them about this when we had just landed and very tired. Overall the only upside is the location, otherwise I'd have looked for something better. Pictures on Expedia are inaccurate.

Wonderful stay
Hotel is great, clean and very comfortable beds. Location is amazing only a walk to everything you need restaurants, cafes and other attractions also very close to public transportation, and the street is accessible by cars so great for people with lots of luggage. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends and family.

Above average, great staff, facilities & location!
Overall would have been an excellent stay and probably would have extended, but a couple of room malfunctions and over 24 hours to address we made the choice to stay somewhere else. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the location is excellent. Plenty of restaurants around and less than a 10 min walk to Galata tower. I would recommend, I just had a slightly unlucky experience.

Personel genel olarak iyiydi. Söylediğimiz siparişleri direkt yönlendirdiler. Ancak Odanın durumu biraz kötüydü. Aklimizda kalan ve bizi rahatsız eden iki konu bulunuyor. Birisi yatagin hemen yanindaki balkon kapısının bozuk olmasi sebebiyle sürekli açılması. Diğeri de mutfak penceresinin kalin perdesinin olmamasıydı. Pencere caddeye ve diger binalara baktığı için bu mahremiyet sorunu yaratıyor.

Im Bett lagen schon bei unserer Ankunft Haare. Es war nicht sauber. Wir waren 4 Personen, Hygieneartikel gab es zunächst nur für 1 Person. Die Handtücher waren fleckig.Die “Suite” war für 4 Personen viel zu klein/eng.Das Zimmer wurde einen Tag überhaupt nicht geputzt. Gut ist die Lage.
