“My family and I love wilderness in the smokies and soaky mountain both. It’s always great service and good times. This stay the beds slept horribly thou. We’ll return but probably stay fewer days since it was hard to get a good nights sleep.”

“We chose a room with a creek, but with the air conditioner turned on, we couldn't hear the sound of the creek at all. There was not enough time to ventilate the room, there was an unpleasant smell when we entered, and I sprayed a lot of lysol. The bathroom is very! Very! Small! ! ! It's hard to open the door to get out of the tub and your leg or bath towel will rub against the toilet! The washbasin is so high that even young children can't wash their hands and brush their teeth by themselves. A……

“Overall the property was pretty nice. The room was nice and spacious. The bathroom was clean and put together. I would say the only downfall as far as the hotel goes, would be the floors in the room. Our floor was carpet and when we would walk around our feet would feel really sticky and we had to wash them several times. I know some suites have the wood versus carpet so just and fyi. Other than that breakfast was pretty standard and check - in and out was pretty easy. ”

“Small room but all accessories were in working order. Location is great to all local attractions. The free trolley stops right at the lodge! Host was responsive with text communication.”

“Really great facility. Quiet and clean. Breakfast has multiple options. Did not use the pool. Staff was nice. We had a kitchenette that was stocked with utensils and cookware. 3-5 min drive to activities/strip. We had a nice stay here. ”

“Convenient location and beautiful scenery”

“Room was extremely small was ready early but was not feather free so it took a few hours for that to get turned over. View from the room was of the back of other buildings and no light from the window at 3rd floor. Parking is extremely expensive and only valet is available. $22 fee added to the room.It let's you have a record player put in your room with vinyls, which is cool but you have to ask. You also have to request fitness equipment (yoga mat/blocks). Walkable to Bridgestone and the Ryman.……
