Location was close to Broadway and easily able to catch an Uber versus driving and trying to find parking, which was expensive. We ate at the Germantown Cafe one evening. “The house location was perfect to get to all of the day/nightlife in the area! We didn’t spend much time at the house, but when we were there we were extremely comfortable. It was perfect for a group of 5, and more people could have easily fit comfortably. The only downside was the construction at the property next door. “This is a nice bungalow in a neighborhood that is turning a new leaf. The home has been remodeled ( sort of) and is certainly confrontable enough and in a location with easy access to Nashville. The owners were very easy to communicate with. It met all of our needs and we had a great time.”

“There were 8 of us. The house is very spacious and comfortable! The kitchen was well stocked with pans and dishes. With 4 bedrooms and 4 baths we were able to spread out and have our own space. Mariella, the owner, was extremely helpful every time we had questions. She even took the time to put fresh cut flowers on the table and entryway! Such a thoughtful touch! The lake was beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck and listening to the waterfall. We walked around the lake……

“I had never stayed with VRBO before so I didn’t know what to expect. The pictures were completely accurate. The house is very comfortable and plenty of room for 2 people. The home was clean and nicely furnished.The beds were very comfortable and slept great. Having the full size kitchen was a great option too. The only down side was took awhile for the water to warm and low water pressure for shower. The backyard is nice to sit outside but it needs a little maintenance. Overall we loved it and……
