“My family and I love wilderness in the smokies and soaky mountain both. It’s always great service and good times. This stay the beds slept horribly thou. We’ll return but probably stay fewer days since it was hard to get a good nights sleep.”

“We chose a room with a creek, but with the air conditioner turned on, we couldn't hear the sound of the creek at all. There was not enough time to ventilate the room, there was an unpleasant smell when we entered, and I sprayed a lot of lysol. The bathroom is very! Very! Small! ! ! It's hard to open the door to get out of the tub and your leg or bath towel will rub against the toilet! The washbasin is so high that even young children can't wash their hands and brush their teeth by themselves. A……

“Overall the property was pretty nice. The room was nice and spacious. The bathroom was clean and put together. I would say the only downfall as far as the hotel goes, would be the floors in the room. Our floor was carpet and when we would walk around our feet would feel really sticky and we had to wash them several times. I know some suites have the wood versus carpet so just and fyi. Other than that breakfast was pretty standard and check - in and out was pretty easy. ”

“The Hotel Pigeon Forge was reasonably priced. It is an older hotel that could use some updates but was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was limited more than most but fine. There was no view of the area as the hotel is surrounded by other hotels. No shampoo or bath soap was provided so bring your own. Bed was very comfortable. AC was loud but we considered that a good thing as it acted as white noise. ”
