“The location of the hotel is acceptable. It is close to the metro station and can go to it directly from the hotel by lift. However we need to go to downtown for about 15-20 minutes to look for restaurants if you choose not to take the metro. The hotel room is comfortable and spacious. It is also quiet. ”

“Room was very small for three people. Beds were terrible. Room was not very clean, especially bathroom. Asked person at desk to help us find a place we were looking for. Was not helpful.”

“We booked the room for 3 persons. When arrived, we discovered that there were only two sets of bedding, the sofa bed wasn’t ready or set. When asked for one more set, the receptionist said there wasn’t any! After chasing, she gave me at last. Her attitude was not sincere nor helpful. The check in experience was bad! This affected my stay in the hotel a lot!”
