“As I live in Massachusetts, the Hilton Dubai Jumeirah is literally halfway around the world; and yet, although I have stayed there on three separate occasions over the past one and one half years, for approximately two weeks each time,the entire staff from front desk, concierge , restaurant staff, house keeping, life guards, doormen, etc., have made me feel completely welcome and at home. It’s a wonderful hotel with lots of fine restaurants, scenic rooftop happy hours, beach and poolside……

The staff is is totally on point. my only issue is the arrival area of the hotel. If anyone reads my comment will think I'm crazy to have said the above but trust me once you get in the hotel it's a totally different experience.”
