I've stayed at many different hotels near the LAX area, and this Sheraton is by far the best. They have a restaurant, bar, and Starbucks inside the building, as well as a little shop. The staff is friendly, the hotel is huge with multiple floors, and very spacious. The transportation to and from the airport is stellar, with multiple shuttles doing pickup and drop-off. There is a pool on property, and all the rooms were spacious, clean, with a nice shower and friendly staff. Without a doubt, the best hotel by LAX.

Overall the hotel was nice and clean with complementary Starbucks coffee. The hotel offers free shuttle to and from the airport. The reception clerk that checked us in was not helpful and honest about car rental and parking. She said we would have to take the shuttle to the airport terminal, get off and take another shuttle to the rental car lot. She said the only parking offered by the hotel is $75 daily valet or across the street it’s $25 each time you exit the lot. We found out later a rental car place was a short walk next door. We also found out the hotel offers additional guest parking behind the property for a fee. I can’t understand why the receptionist didn’t share this information is the reason I gave this hotel an average rating.
