"Clean, comfortable, small kitchen. Modern and neat. Nice location next to central railway station. You check yourself in and out and most of the time there's no-one on the front desk so I don't know what happens if you lock yourself out of your room or there's a security issue or a problem with the room etc. There wasn't for me and perhaps there are protocols in place for everything but I was a bit more mindful than usual. "Excellent. More than I expected. It felt very personal without it being manned by a reception. Questions over WhatsApp were quickly managed, friendly and efficient. Apartment/room was full of locally made furniture etc, with info about them. My only gripe was the linen could have been softer. Felt a bit tough. Maybe it was new…?"

"Stopped here prior to a visit to Wembley. Location is perfect, 30 minute walk to Wembley. Tube station os 2 minute walk away for lonks into the City. The apartment was immaculate, very clean and compact. View of Wembley was a binus also. Very secure, friendly staff and cheap to eat and drink."

"This property was in the galleria del corso 2 which the location was brilliant next to everything and 5 min walk to the duamo square we loved it. The communication with the team is great on what’s app I highly recommended "

"The location was perfect, steps away from the main cathedral and galleria. The room was clean and large. My only issue is that someone tried to get in our room while we were sleeping at night and it really frightened us. The front desk ended up calling to explain that someone on staff attempted to enter our room by mistake, but as a women traveling with two teenage girls it was not a welcome intrusion. Other than that, they were courteous, arranged for our airport transfer, and the property...

"The location is wonderful--easy walking distance to many Berlin landmarks. The check in/check out times are limited, but efficient. The apartment itself was clean and good sized, although furnishings were bare bones. Also, no toiletry products (soap, shampoo, lotion) were provided. We had planned to do laundry there, as there was a washing machine, but come to find out there is no dryer."

"The room was clean and had all the necessities. The kitchen had silverware, plates, pots, pans, and an espresso machine. The bathroom was clean, and the tub was spacious. The bed was comfortable. However, the pull-out bed was uncomfortable and tilted to one side. Additionally, customer service was terrific. They even do your laundry. Overall, I loved my stay here. "

"This hotel was beautiful, the room we stayed in was massive and felt very updated with a really nice and clean bathroom. The location on the river was beautiful, the property had a private rooftop which had the most beautiful panoramic sunset views of Florence. The location was very close to everything, far enough away from Ponte Vecchio that you weren't in that mass of people and a quick walk to pop over the river to explore the area of Santo Spirito.
