You can buy bus passes from the front desk. Highly recommend if you're planning a trip to Venice but don't want to stay directly downtown. "

"Everything was great, SPA is payed separately, it is quite small but luckily it was almost empty. Breakfast was good, but choice was limited. Dinner in the restaurant was quite expensive considering that some things were not up to the level. Overall experience was positive. VIP perk was only one mini bottle of Prosecco for two adults, no upgrade was offered even though it was available. "
