"This flat has everything you need. We really loved our first time to Amsterdam. Like people said earlier the steps are a good workout! The flat is decorated very cute and the beds are very comfortable. So is the sofa!! It is easily accessible to the trams into the city and walking distance to cafés and grocery stores. It feels a little far from the city, but that also makes it really quiet and there is a lot of parking!! Valcim was really attentive to our needs too. Thank you so much!"

"The place is as advertised, small and comfy. Very well located although Saturday night the passerby’s were noisy. The biggest downsize was the tiny bathroom with a shower that was difficult to move around in. The toilet is in a separate adjacent room that is a bit unfinished looking. Having said that, bed was comfy."

Room was clean and tidy, although the sink in the bathroom took a while to empty (not really a drama). "The apartment is located in a quiet family neighborhood, close to a nice park; ideal if you want to stay away from downtown crowds. Lelylaan Station is on a 10 minutes walk, from there is 15 minutes to the Airport or to the Central Station on train. It's a plus having Laundry in the Building. Some pillow cases were missing but they were promptly provided upon request; good communication with the Administrator."

The hotel provides guides for the surrounding area which we should have paid more attention to as they had some very good recommendations for food that was nearby rather than us taking the bus into the city centre."
