“I ordered superior room from 28/4 to 4/5. So far, the staffs were very helpful and friendly that I have ever seen. However, the assigned room was not like the room’s description posted at their Langham hotel official website. They mention that the hotel room features large picture windows, plenty of natural daylight, and a gorgeous courtyard or city view. But, my room did not have any view. It has faced to so dirty roof top. I never open the window during my holiday. I was very disappointed I……

“14:49 93 Faultless and I don't say that lightly. Over a good 25 years my husband and I have stayed in dozens of hotels in the city and none have come close to The Royal Garden. Firstly this stay was special because it was our first since my husband almost lost his life at Christmas. I had advised the hotel as we had a couple of requests and not only did they honour those but they upgraded us to a stunning room over looking the park AND placed some extremely thoughtful gifts in our room. “A very trendy morden Japanese hotel. My room was upgraded to a suite with an excellent balcony. The service is excellent with very friendly staff. Room service will prepare your bed before you come back from dinner. They even have staff who can speak Cantonese. The neighborhood is a very cool place with lots of graffiti & co-office.”
