“房間很小，餐廳時間不定，說好午餐時間12點開始，但一點多才說，2點才開，並只能提供飲品，要3點後才可以提供吃的，真的沒遇過這樣的餐廳，孩子們還要趕3點的火車，真的給它把行程打亂。”

“地理位置還不錯，在地鐵附近，房間雖小但還可以接受，但是房間裡沒有冰箱，想吃水果買來只能放窗邊，冬天還好，要是夏天可能都會壞掉，且衛生紙快用完，打掃時也沒有幫我們添加新的，覺得飯店沒有到四星的價值”

“Good location, 10 mins walk to the king cross subway and St ancras Train station, easy to go everywhere even by train or to airport, staff are friendly( man was more friendly I think) , £3 u can have a breakfast if u pay when u checking in, the price was reasonable, the top floor which for 8 people can be clearer, In my opinion I think Ground floor which is for 6 people was better a lot! ”

“We are family with 4 and the room is very very small. the shower facility was not too good and damaged. No free luggage storage and you have to pay and store it in locker. Breakfast costed 9 pounds per one, child half. It is suitable for backpacker but not for family”
