"Overall this was an excellent hotel with the perfect suite for a family of five (3 kids). The location was ideal for public transportation! The only semi-negative thing that happened was that the safe suddenly stopped working the day before we had to leave the hotel and the hotel took a lot longer than we anticipated to get it fixed, despite mentioning many times that we had a train to catch the next day. They did not come until the next day (late morning) and we had to push back our train tickets, causing us to be stuck with terrible seats since it was a last minute change. I know some things are out of their control but I did wish for a higher sense of urgency from them on getting it fixed. Other than that, I actually would go back to stay at this hotel."

"I stayed in a no windows room, honestly made no difference to me. Felt cosy and nice. The decor is quirky in the room which I didn’t mind. The staff are LOVELY! Every staff member I encountered was smiley and friendly even the guy on reception when I got back at midnight (night staff are usually moody!). I struggled finding the car park initially and called them up and without hesitation a lovely lady came outside to explain the way there and even came to find me to make sure I found it. I wish I got her name. Anyway I definitely recommend."
