“We have stayed there for 3 days while the room and surrounding were acceptablly tidy but facilities and response from staff were disappponting. No one told us al the fridge were not working until we asked for, both hairdryer were not working and we need to get it replaced, 1/3 days did not clean our room. Finally, everytime we rang up for help with the above, service desk was not particularly responsive and there was once, thr guy cut me off ”

“房間乾淨舒適、配備小廚房(含IH爐、烤箱、餐具及鍋具等)、滾筒式洗衣機，但沒有附調味料、洗碗精或是洗衣精，如果住宿天數較長，建議自備。 地點位於東西倫敦交界，交通方便，離地鐵大概五至十分鐘距離，周邊亦有超商及市集可以採買跟逛街，亦有多國餐廳可供選擇。 五樓的公共空間寬敞，附設簡易的茶、咖啡等飲品。 服務人員態度良好。 ”

“The staff were friendly and helpful but the family connecting rooms were kind of small. The neighbourhood was completed so not suggested to stay last outside.”

“附近環境清幽，離CANARY WHARF STATION地鐵站不算遠（不拖行李的話，腳程約莫10分鐘），也有DLR輕軌站，也有TESCO SUPERMARKET，生活機能佳。 早餐在38樓層，可遠眺到倫敦眼，唯可惜的是，入住到的房間為無障礙設施的房，浴室乾濕分離，但洗澡時淋浴水會溢出至地板，但沒有排水口可排出；另早餐選擇性較少（全是西式早餐的食物，沒有生菜沙拉），但不影響住宿觀感。有機會再訪倫敦，會優先選擇此家酒店再次入住”

“The total area of the room is actually adequate, the problem is the layout and design of the room that wasted a lot of usable space. For example the unusual large coach beside the bed, that made us have no space to open the luggage. The window frame also obstructed the pathway to the bedroom, always bump into the frame. And from the photo shown by the hotel, the room supposed to have something like mosaic glass to allow the light comes in. But for the lower floors aren’t. ”

“It is a nice near to large underground shopping mall, easy reach to Greenwich. A very good view of O2 facing the restaurant.”

“Grappig hotel. Leuk ingericht, aardige mensen, behoorlijk ontbijt. Weer eens wat anders dus. Alleen de kaer is erg klein en het (single) bed 70 cm breed. Dat ben ik niet meer gewend.”
