"The hotel staff were excellent. They were prompt, efficient, accommodating, and even fun to be around. I accidentally broke something in the shower, and they had it repaired before we returned at the end of the day. They all seemed genuinely happy that we spent six nights there. I had to work a little each day, and the staff were great about finding me the quiet spaces I needed to work. They had good suggestions about what to do. We liked the restaurant in the hotel that we ate there twice. I...

"Stay was very enjoyable, nice hotel in the centre of Berlin. Room was very clean with a very nice bathroom. Mattress was a little hard, pillows a little flimsy and annoying placement of sockets at bedside. Aside from that, the whole stay was very good. "
