"This was an incredible find. The property is perfectly suited for modern travelers, but within walking distance of some very unique culture. The staff however, is the shining star. From the front desk to the café. Everyone was wonderful and helpful and we will only go back to this hotel in Berlin."

"This was my first visit to a hotel with no reception personnel. However, the instructions were good and I was able to check in on the machine and receive a room key. I speak some German, so that helped in following the registration instructions. The only complaint is that the door was left ajar on two occasions by the cleaning staff. It required a slight slam to get it to close properly. It is very convenient to public transportation, shopping and good. There was a great breakfast spot one-half...

"Perfectly pleasant hotel. Most staff were pleasant and friendly although one staff member was a little sarcastic when I asked about a coffee. Although they were still pleasant overall. Rooms are nice and clean but the lighting in my room was too dim. At night it was very difficult to see in the bathroom at all, and the main room was quite dim too.
