"H4 is so well located. Within walking distance of S bahn, U bahn, trams and buses. You cannot fault its location. Within a eight minute walk of the TV tower. The room was clean, modern, and bed comfortable. Wide choice at breakfast. The only fault, and I'll be honest and open, quite a big one for us. My husband and i were being intimate and in walks someone from house keeping asking if our mini bar was fully stocked. Ummm hello...get out. When we complained to reception her initial response was "how much did he see?" Are you joking? I've never felt so embarrassed. Eventually we were given a half hearted apology but told to ensure to put the do not disturb sign on the door in future. Now we've stayed at many hotels across the world and never had to put the sign on the door in order not to be interrupted. This happened on day one. Talk about feel awkward. "

"Our first time in Berlin. We wanted an hotel that was close enough to walk to Brandenburg Gate, The Reichstag, Potsdamer Platz and Tiergarten and, of course, Checkpoint Charlie. This location did not disappoint. Exceptionally quiet room, no disturbances whatsoever and option to not have our room cleaned every day, and with the benefit of a drinks voucher to use in the bar, although we didn't actually use them. The room was spacious, comfortable and had a safe and kitchenette. We did not use the latter, except for the fridge. Breakfast was very varied and well worth having. Stadtmitte and Kochstrasse U-Bahn stations easily accessible. Staff friendly and helpful. Overall, highly recommended. "

"The staff were very friendly and great atmosphere for a German hotel. Very clean and safe and had dinner and drinks downstairs, nothing was a problem. Even accidentally leaving my scarfe behind the staff had it returned, thank you."

"Close to the train station was a good location. We loved that it was so walkable to the main points of interest and close to the River bank park area. The main lobby bar was very nice to have a drink at the end of the day. Comfortable beds and great shower! Room was a nice size and modern. Lots of storage. "

"Fab base for exploring Berlin, really easy to reach from underground station. Perfect room for our family of 3, toaster, kettle, microwave hob, fridge. Really peaceful rooms with no noise from other occupants, sofa bed for our daughter which was really comfy and the bed in min and husbands bedroom was great. views not great but a little balcony when its warm"
