"The location was very good close to major sights and transport. Check in was very good also. The room was much smaller than I am used to when staying in similar hotels, there were only 3 tissues left in the tissue box , ok not a big deal and one light didnt work, shower good , bed very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and we were served by a young boy named Lukas who was exceptional, all in all a good stay just a couple of things about the room itself ."

S Bahn and M41 bus conveniently within few minutes walking. Was disappointed that hotel had no refrigerators in room, no workout space, and no on-site laundry facility."

"Amazing location near checkpoint Charlie. Very clean, well kept hotel, comfortable bed and nice shower. Shampoo, conditioner, hand/body wash and cream available. Fridge with bottle of water, tea and coffee making facilities. Hairdryer and laundry room, if needed. Warm, safe, easy check in/out. Breakfast delivery to your door, not lots of choice but handy to have, cafes/Lidl nearby if you'd rather use those."

"Check in was easy and reception desk staff were very helpful and spoke English. The room itself was okay, the TV was very small and far away from the bed, the toilet was dirty and there was no toiletries provided except hand soap. The bed was not a double as advertised, instead it was two single beds pushed together.
