"Really friendly and welcoming host with tea and freshly baked cake. Room was spotless and breakfast was delicious with plenty of options and we also had freshly baked muffins. You won't go wrong by staying here!"
"Overall I was pleased with the hotel and staff. My only issue, after a long drive and late check in, was the lack of food selection at the bar. The receptionist ensured me that I could get the same selection of food at the bar since the restaurant was closing. Two selections were shot down immediately. I was told only burgers and sandwiches were avaliable. I just expected a better menu."

"The staff were all lovely. Very comfortable bed and room. It was marvellous to have a bath as I only have a shower at home.
The food is good. For dinner last night I started with crab and prawn salad followed by duck. For breakfast I ordered eggs florentine, it was very good. Beautifull surroundings. There is a golf course next door.

"Overall it was a nice place to stay. However the main drawback back is there isn’t any lift in the building. So we had to carry all the baggage up and down which was very uncomfortable and inconvenient.Everything else was excellent."
"This price is reasonable for a hotel with big-sized rooms, including double and single beds for my single occupancy Luxury.
Bathroom is nice and clean.
Only I found when leaving the room a huge-sized Spider 🕷️ on my bed. Until now I have not had any allergic reaction and my night was OK due to I was tired with long drive. Fortunately, I only saw this spider when leaving the room if I had seen this on my arrival It could have spoiled my sleep. "

"We stayed at the Leonardo for a week (May 24-31 2024)while visiting our grandchildren in Wolvercote. Initially, the room assigned to us was quite small. We couldn’t unpack two full size suitcases. Rena at reception worked to find us a room we could spread out in for the week. Thank you Rena you made our experience at the Leonardo a pleasurable one!"

Fantastic Hotel on the Avon a short walk from Bath
"Lovely hotel, food and staff.
The walk along the side of the canal into Bath was a true pleasure.
Beautiful views of the Avon from the bar & restaurant.
The staff were friendly and I can fully recommend the Fillet Steak, Panna Cotta Dessert and the Full English Breakfast.
The parking is a bit tight, but even on the busy Saturday night, there were alternative car parking spaces available and 2 or 3 large cars managed to squeeze in fine, without causing an obstruction.
I was also surprised to find out that the £10 parking charge is a one off charge for your stay and not per night as it appeared to be described on the Hotels.com website.
I would definitely stop here again."
