"Over all this resort is very nice and convenient. Inexpensive and convenient to get around. Lately they seem to have some maintenance issues like room doors not deadbolting computer issues throughout the hotel. Room service was apparently partial service as they took my dirty towels but failed to replace. Also never left any more shampoo/conditioner ect."

"Although I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the resort as the restaurant and other recreational amenities were fantastic, the room has seen better days. My bathroom tub and shower tiled walls were peeling and in desperate need of resurfacing/repainting. And there was a couple of women’s hairs on the shower walls so more care needs to be taken during cleaning the room before a new stay. "

"Property is okay but the hype was way overrated. Small pools between buildings. Rooms not updated in a LONG time. Took 3 days for freezer to freeze an ice tray. No ice machines on site. Water park not included. Cost $25 pp per day!!! Received numerous phone calls wanting to sell time share and left notes on door. Customer service was very nice and helpful when needed."

"This was a wonderful vacation location to stay at with my family. we were a family of 5 and were taking a trip to Disney and this was the perfect location. There were places to eat on grounds of the resort with delicious food and close by if you chose to go out of the resort. My family was very comfortable with their stay and happy with their overall trip. We all had our own rooms, and we had a pool in our home as well. "The resort was an A experience. Hans and Erma at the front desk were amazingly helpful, patient, and empathetic. Expedia on the other hand was poor in their handling of my lost reservation. Because of them, my checkin took over an hour. Ultimately they had to recreate my reservation since Expedia lost it. Since it took so long, I lost the only free time in my schedule that day. When I asked the virtual assistance “person” how Expedia planned to make this right, I had no response. Thanks...
