Clean room, close by Disney and Universal studio. The biggest issue is they charge you for even the coffee inside the room, nothing complementary. I was surprised that they charged me 35USD/day as they call it service fee which was not made clear during check in time. Thereā€™s absence of clarity at the front desk!

Overall the place is nice. The description of 3 pools is a little misleading, there is really only 1 pool. There is splash pad for kids, a main pool and the other pool we were told was for Villa guests only, so if you donā€™t rent a villa you really only have 1 pool option. Drinks were very pricey so be prepared for that. Also be prepared to wake up early to save a seat at the pool, they fill up fast and you wonā€™t even be able to find a chair to put your stuff to get in the pool.we saw chairs that nobody touched for hours but had things on the chair that were dropped off early. Staff should monitor that. Other than that, the room was great and the staff was pretty awesome!!
