Our flight arrived late but the desk had someone available who checked us in quickly even though it was the middle of the night. Housekeeping came by every day to make our beds and give us fresh towels which was amazing! The property is pretty close to the Disney parks too. My only complaint is the cleanliness upon arrival. The cabinet doors were standing open, the floors weren’t clean, and the mirrors were dirty....

"It was suite 2 rooms 2 queen beds one sofa bed easily accommodate family of six. 2 bathrooms. It’s spacious. The main disadvantage was the floor not clean. Need to have footwear. The AC was working good but little bit loud."

"We stayed 3 nights. The room was pleasant and the breakfast good. I used the pool each day, pretty much had it to myself. Gator land, Universal Studios and Cape Canaveral all within easy reach. Restaurants and shops nearby too."

"They need to communicate better about the parking. I had to park far away and walk to my building. They did not tell me where I should park, and I finally had to go ask. Then they told me where to park and it was not even close to the building I was staying in!!"
