"The Blake is a wonderful hotel! Our room with two queen beds was very spacious, comfortable and CLEAN! It's an easy walk to the Symphony and Art Institute. "
"The property is nice. Room is a bit dated. The plugs are loose. Free WiFi is a plus.
The hot water in the shower could be hotter.
I think it’s a bit pricey but I was staying for a convention and I know I was paying for convenience of staying on site. "
"Great staff. David was 4stars and nothing less that superb. Friendly knowledgeable efficient. Always available. On the downside the shower was terrible. 3 weak steams of water out of the head left me wanting more. Also I was hot at night. No AC in April, I get it, but I sweltered. "
"Room was nice, staff was friendly, location to everything was great. I didn't exactly understand the $25 destination charge but it just turns into a food credit for one of the restaurants or the cafe."

"I enjoyed staying in this hotel. Very convenient and nearby to tourist attractions. The staff are very accommodating. I will definitely book this hotel if I’m in Chicago. "
"I thoroughly enjoyed the stay at this hotel with my family. Lots of breakfast options like omelette, Pan cakes, fresh melons to name a few. Daily free evening drinks and snacks were awesome. Pool was very clean and well maintained. Overall staff and hotel were beyond my expectations and would highly recommend this hotel for families visiting Chicago downtown. They upgraded my room to premium suite due to unavailability of the regular one that I booked."
