"The front desk staff were extremely helpful after our room key would not work on our door! The staff helped us pack and change suites. Options were given to us on local restaurants, and we had some delicious pasta and sandwiches for some late night room service. We checked out the next morning. The rooms were comfortable although outdated. The beds were very comfortable. Two TVs were nice for a family. Would stay again!!! "
"Manager/staff were very welcoming. Great atmosphere, hospitality was great. Enjoyed the historic knowledge of this hotel and the area. Wishing parking was reimbursed with the cost of the room. Besides that, had a great and memorable time. Thank you."
"Chose location so we could go to Cubs game. Walked there and back. Parking was seperate from property but close enough. Funny thing the bathroom layout loved the ability to step in shower and laughed at the fact the tub in bathroom also had shower handle. only complaint was one long dark hair on the tub area. we both have short hair. Happens but cleaners may want to check closer."
"We had a wonderful stay in Chicago! Old Chicago Inn is a hidden gem. Eclectic and charming BnB. Not a typical hotel experience - feels much more personal with added modern elements - keyless entry. "

"I enjoyed staying in this hotel. Very convenient and nearby to tourist attractions. The staff are very accommodating. I will definitely book this hotel if I’m in Chicago. "
"I thoroughly enjoyed the stay at this hotel with my family. Lots of breakfast options like omelette, Pan cakes, fresh melons to name a few. Daily free evening drinks and snacks were awesome. Pool was very clean and well maintained. Overall staff and hotel were beyond my expectations and would highly recommend this hotel for families visiting Chicago downtown. They upgraded my room to premium suite due to unavailability of the regular one that I booked."
